StemPro® hESC SFM 是成分完全确定、不含血清和饲养层的培养基 (SFM)，采用特殊配方，适合人胚胎干细胞 (hESC) 和人诱导多能干细胞 (iPSC) 的生长和扩增。大量测试证明，StemPro® hESC SFM 能维持多种 hESC 细胞系（包括 BG01、BG02、BG03、H1、H9 和 BG01V）的多能性。此外，StemPro® hESC SFM 已用于将 hESC 的生产扩大到超过 1 x 10¹⁰ 个细胞。研究证实，StemPro® hESC SFM 能维持 hESC 和 iPSC 生长 >50 代而不出现任何染色体核型异常迹象，还可保持 hESC 分化为所有三种胚层的能力。

注意事项：

StemPro® hESC Supplement: Store at -5 to -20°C (in the dark). DMEM/F-12 with GlutaMAX™ medium: Store at 2 to 8°C (protect from light). Bovine serum albumin 25% (BSA): Store at 2 to 8°C (protect from light). These components are guaranteed stable for 12 months when properly stored.

Note: The complete StemPro® hESC SFM (supplement, DMEM/F-12, BSA, FGF basic, and 2-mercaptoethanol) is stable for 1 day when stored in the dark at 2-8°C. We recommend preparing a minimal volume of the complete working medium (enough for the day) and pre-equilibrating with respect to temperature and gases just prior to use.
