9565-0502 is specific for vinculin, a cytoskeletal protein involved in cell to cell and cell to matrix focal adhesions.
It is highly selective for vinculin in immunofluorescent staining of cultured normal human fibroblasts in which cell sustratum focal adhesions are abundant.
