Description: This Mouse IL-19 Ready-SET-Go! ELISA Set contains the necessary reagents, standards, buffers and diluents for performing quantitative enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISA). This ELISA set is specifically engineered for accurate and precise measurement of mouse IL-19.

Interleukin-19 shares 21% amino acid identity with IL-10. IL-19 also shares a receptor complex with IL-20. indicating that the biological activities of these two cytokines overlap and that both may play an important role in regulating development and proper functioning of the skin.
