Clone T2H5 recognizes Tenascin in both normal and hyperproliferative (also neoplastic) tissues.
Tenascin has been implicated in the guidance of migrating neurons and axons during development and neuronal regeneration. It promotes cortical neuron outgrowths and is an important component of the wound matrix and scar formation.

Staining may be enhanced using trypsin digestion or heat mediated antigen retrieval using sodium citrate buffer pH 6.0.
Where this product has not been tested for use in a particular technique this does not necessarily exclude its use in such procedures. Suggested working dilutions are given as a guide only. Storage
Store at +4oC or at -20oC if preferred.
Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended.
This product should be stored undiluted. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
