The LAB-SA (labeled biotin-streptavidin) methodology, which is featured in Histostain® IHC kits from Invitrogen, is widely used in basic research and routine diagnostic testing by immunohistochemistry (IHC). This new and improved 3rd Gen Histostain®-Plus kit features improved DAB components for greater signal sensitivity and dependable performance. The enhanced DAB in this 3rd Gen kit also allows for greater consistency and stability when mixed, and results in excellent IHC stains with minimal background.
