7820-0330 is specific for human prostate specific antigen (PSA), a 34 kDa serine protease produced by prostatic epithelial cells, which is also known as kallikrein 3. Serum PSA levels have been correlated with the stage of prostatic cancer, and have been used to monitor residual tumour levels and disease progression.

In Western blotting a PSA triplet is observed at ~30 kDa in the absence of DTT and a doublet in the presence of DTT.

Store at +4oC or at -20oC if preferred.
Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended.
This product should be stored undiluted. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
