Specificity

7750-0004 has been immunoabsorbed against human C-peptide and insulin using antibodies on glass beads.

7750-0004 recognises proinsulin and has been tested against the following hormone forms. 

Proinsulin (Hu) 100%
C-peptide (Hu) <0.01%
Insulin (hu) <0.01%
Des 31-32 proinsulin 0.07%
Des 64-65 proinsulin 128%
