Rabbit anti-Connexin 43; Unconjugated Polyclonal antibody specific to Rat, Mouse, Human Connexin 43. This antibody is validated for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Immunoassay (ELISA), Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence. Anti-Connexin 43 recognizes the expressed product of the GJA1 gene.
USAGE
Working concentrations for specific applications should be determined by the investigator. Optimal dilutions will be affected
by several factors, including secondary antibody affinity, antigen concentration, sensitivity of detection method, temperature
and length of incubations, etc. We recommend the following ranges as starting points for this product. ELISA: 0.1-1.0 μg/ml
IHC (frozen sections(15-17)): 1-5 μg/ml
IHC (paraffin-embedded*): 1-5 μg/ml
Western Blotting(17): ~2-4 μg/ml
