Description: The 59A426 antibody reacts with human A20. The zinc finger protein A20 is a tumor necrosis factor and interleukin-1 (IL-1) inducible protein that negatively regulates NF kappa B gene expression. A20 inhibits NF kappa B dependent gene expression by interfering with a novel TNF-induced and RIP- or TRAF2-mediated pathway that is different from the NF kappa B kinase pathway. Full-length recombinant A20 protein was used as an immunogen.
