This antibody, a Rabbit anti Human heme oxygenase 1, recognizes heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1). HO-1 expression can be increased during cellular stress, including heat shock. Baseline levels of expression are high in certain tissues, including spleen and liver. Enriched enzyme preparations are recommended for experimental analysis.

This product should be stored undiluted. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
