Mitochondria Membrane Integrity cocktail of monoclonal antibodies specific to human, bovine, mouse, rat mitochondria membranes. This antibody is validated for use in Western Blot, and can be used to assess mitochondrial membrane integrity during and after purification.
Contains:
50 µg of Porin clone #2B12AF12 - Human VDAC1. Concentration 2 µg/ml.
50 µg of Cyclophilin D clone #E11AE12BD4 - Rat CypD/PPIF. Concentration 2 µg/ml.
50 µg of C-III-Core 1 clone # 16D10AD9AH5 - Bovine Heart Complex II/III. Concentration 2 µg/ml.
5 µg of Cytochrome C clone #37BA11 - Human Cytochrome c. Concentration 0.1 µg/ml.
100 µg of C-V-a clone #7H10BD4F9 - Bovine Complex V. Concentration 4 µg/ml.
This antibody cocktail (2.37 mg/ml) should be diluted to a final working concentration of 10.2 µg/ml for use in Western blot applications.
