Endothelial Cell Growth Supplement (ECGS) is a beneficial media supplement for use in the following:
Vascular endothelial cells (human and animal), at a concentration of 100-300 µg/ml in serum supplemented media.
Hybridoma cell cloning, at a concentration of 25-150 µg/ml in serum supplemented media.
Balb/C-3T3 cells, at a concentration of 50-200 µg/ml in 5% serum supplemented media.

Where this product has not been tested for use in a particular technique this does not necessarily exclude its use in such procedures. Suggested working dilutions are given as a guide only. It is recommended that the user titrates the product for use in their own system using the appropriate negative/positive controls.
Storage
Lyophilised product is stable for 6 months at 4ºC.
Solutions are stable for 2 weeks at 4ºC or 1 month at -20ºC. Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended.
This product should be stored undiluted. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the protein.
