Rabbit anti-ZO-1 (N-term); Unconjugated Polyclonal antibody specific to Human, Mouse, Rat, Chicken ZO-1 (N-term) . This antibody is validated for use in Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence. Anti-ZO-1 (N-term) recognizes the expressed product of the TJP1 gene, also known as Tjp1, Tjp1_predicted.
USAGE
Working concentrations for specific applications should be determined by the investigator. Appropriate concentrations will be
affected by several factors, including secondary antibody affinity, antigen concentration, sensitivity of detection method,
temperature and length of incubations, etc. The suitability of this antibody for applications other than those listed below has
not been determined. The following concentration ranges are recommended starting points for this product. Immunofluorescence: 2.5 μg/mL
Immunohistochemistry (frozen): 2 μg/mL
Immunohistochemistry (paraffin)*: 1-2 μg/mL
