描述：

Transforming Growth Factor β1 (TGF-β1) is secreted in a latent, biologically inactive form, non-covalently linked with a Latency Associated Protein (LAP). The monoclonal antibodies (mAb) MT593 and MT517-biotin bind to the LAP entity of human latent TGF-β1. The mAbs do not bind to human latent TGF-β2 or -β3.
 

Mouse monoclonal antibody to latent TGF-β1. The antibody binds to the Latency Associated Protein (LAP), which is part of the latent TGF-β1 complex. Suitable as capture antibody in ELISA in combination with mAb MT517 biotinylated (product code 3550-6).
