描述：

Perforin is produced by cytotoxic T cells and NK cells as an effector molecule in the cell-mediated destruction of target cells. Perforin will facilitate delivery of granzymes which induces apoptosis of the target cell.

Reacts with Human, cross reacts with certain non-human primates.

Mouse monoclonal antibodies to human Perforin, clone Pf-80/164, suitable as capture antibodies in ELISA and ELISpot (in combination with clone Pf-344 biotinylated, code 3465-6. Optimal results in ELISpot and ELISA have been obtained using Pf-80 and Pf-164 in combination.
