Interleukin-2 (IL-2) is produced exclusively by activated T cells. IL-2 promotes the proliferation, differentiation, and survival of antigen-activated T cells and NK-cells.

ELISpot PLUS kit for the detection of human IL-2. This complete kit contains precoated white ELISpot plates, biotinylated detection antibody, Streptavidin-ALP, BCIP/NBT substrate and anti-CD3 mAb as positive control. Combines excellent performance with rapid procedure and high reproducibility. Assay time is approximately 4,5 hours excluding cell incubation time.
