2080-0157 is a recombinant protein corresponding to rat Choline Acetyltransferase (ChAT), an enzyme that catalyzes the reversible synthesis of acetylcholine (ACh) from acetyl CoA and choline at cholinergic synapses.
This product may be used as blocking peptide for2080-0000at a suggested concentration range of 2-5 µg/ml. The antigen should be incubated with the antibody for 3 hours at 4ºC before being used on tissue sections.
