Antiserum Preparation
Antiserum to human Ig was raised by repeated immunisation of goats with normal human IgM and IgG, and human IgM, IgG and IgA paraproteins. Purified IgG was prepared from whole serum by affinity chromatography on pooled human immunoglobulin covalently linked to agarose.
