描述：

Clone T6D11 recognizes the human CD45RA antigen which is expressed on naive CD4+ and CD8+ T cells as well as on CD8+ effector T cells. CD45RA is also present on subsets of B and NK cells as well as on plasmacytoid dendritic cells. The CD45RA antibody recognizes the 220 kDa isoform of the leukocyte common antigen (LCA), a transmembrane tyrosine phosphatase.

Reagents contain sodium azide. Under acidic conditions sodium azide yields
hydrazoic acid, which is extremely toxic. Azide compounds should be diluted with
running water before discarding. These precautions are recommended to avoid
