CD4 + T细胞分离试剂盒已被开发用于人外周血单核细胞（PBMCs）CD4 + T辅助细胞的分离。非CD4 +细胞，即CD8 + T细胞，单核细胞，嗜中性粒细胞，嗜酸性粒细胞，B细胞，树突细胞，NK细胞，粒细胞，γ/δT细胞，或造血干细胞，通过生物素缀合的抗体进行标记。此混合抗体含有抗CD8，CD14，CD15，CD16，CD19，CD36，CD56，CD123，TCRγ/δ和CD235a（血型糖蛋白A的）抗体。同时，非靶细胞被磁珠与生物素标记的抗体标记。通过去除磁珠标记的非目的CD4 + T细胞，从而获得高纯度的目的T细胞。

The CD4+ T Cell Isolation Kit has been developed for the isolation of untouched CD4+ T helper cells from human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs). Non-CD4+ cells, i.e., CD8+ T cells, monocytes, neutrophils, eosinophils, B cells, dendritic cells, NK cells, granulocytes, γ/δ T cells, or erythroid cells are labeled by using a cocktail of biotin-conjugated antibodies. The cocktail contains antibodies against CD8, CD14, CD15, CD16, CD19, CD36, CD56, CD123, TCRγ/δ, and CD235a (Glycophorin A). Subsequently, non-target cells are magnetically labelled with the CD4+ T Cell MicroBead Cocktail. Isolation of highly pure T cells is achieved by depletion of magnetically labeled cells.
