The CD34 MultiSort Kit has been developed for the positive selection of CD34⁺ subpopulations by sequential sorting. CD34⁺ hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells can be isolated from peripheral blood, bone marrow aspirate, leukapheresis product, cord blood, differentiated ES and iPS cell cultures.

注意事项：

Reagents contain sodium azide. Under acidic conditions sodium azide yields hydrazoic acid, which is extremely toxic. Azide compounds should be diluted with running water before discarding. These precautions are recommended to avoid deposits in plumbing where explosive conditions may develop.
