CD105 MicroBeads were developed for the isolation of CD105⁺ endothelial cells from single-cell suspensions of endothelial tissues, as well as for the isolation of mesenchymal stromal cells (MSCs) from bone marrow aspirate. CD105 MicroBeads can, for example, be used for the isolation of endothelial cells from: umbilical cord veins, arterial vessels, tumors, cultures of endothelial cells that are derived from synovial tissue.

注意事项：

Reagents contain sodium azide. Under acidic conditions sodium azide yields hydrazoic acid, which is extremely toxic. Azide compounds should be diluted with running water before discarding. These precautions are recommended to avoid deposits in plumbing where explosive conditions may develop.
