Applications

Streptavidin MicroBeads have been used for the isolation of human allergen-specific B cells¹ or follicular dendritic cells², murine liver sinusoidal endothelial cells³, sheep B cell subpopulations⁴, and rat retinal ganglion cells⁵. They have also been used in many other separations such as the isolation of plant protoplasts.⁶

注意事项：

Reagents contain sodium azide. Under acidic conditions sodium azide yields hydrazoic acid, which is extremely toxic. Azide compounds should be diluted with running water before discarding. These precautions are recommended to avoid deposits in plumbing where explosive conditions may develop.
