The PureLink™ RNA Micro Kit provides rapid purification and concentration of total RNA from a variety of samples (e.g., LCM tissues, fine needle aspirates, and FACS-sorted cells). PureLink™ technology combines guanidine-isothiocyanate lysis with the speed, purity, and ease of use of silica-membrane purification. The safe and easy procedure can be completed in less than 15 minutes with >85% recovery from the first elution. The kit can be used for clean-up of purified RNA from enzymatic reactions, desalting of RNA samples after phenol extraction or ethanol precipitation, and concentration of RNA during the final elution step or after previous purification. Purify or clean up RNA from 10 mg of tissue, 10e5 cells, or 100 µg of purified RNA, or concentrate picogram amounts, corresponding to less than one cell, into volumes as low as 10 µl. Purified RNA is ready for use in downstream applications such as RT-PCR, qRT-PCR, northern blots, cDNA library construction, and nuclease View Moreprotection assays. Benefits of the PureLink™ RNA Micro Kit include:
• Excellent recovery of RNA from small samples
• High-quality total RNA in just 15 minutes
• No phenol⁄chloroform extraction, CsCl gradients, or precipitation with LiCl or ethanol
• Purify up to 100 µg of total RNA in a single prep
• DNase included in the kit
• Ready-to-use RNA for all downstream applications
