This kit provides a faster and easier solution for your immunoprecipitation experiments than Sepharose or Agarose, and includes all reagents required to perform small scale immunoprecipitation (IP) using your own antibody (Ab) of choice. The kit is optimal for standard IP, as well as co-IP and ChIP. The kit contains the widely used Dynabeads® Protein A and include all required buffers for immunoprecipitation. The magnetic separation technology is fast and gentle, with no centrifugation, rapid binding kinetics and short protocol time. Binding capacity:
Approx. 250 µg hIgG per ml (30 mg) Dynabeads® Dynabeads® Protein A can be used with most antibodies (Ab). (See table for

in the Images and Data section below for specific affinities of Ab from different species and subclasses). The amount of Ab captured is dependent on the Ab concentration in the starting sample and the type and source of the Ab.
