Recognises extracellular domain of human interferon-gamma receptor 1.
This antibody has been reported for use in functional studies. It is neutralizing and has an ND50 of 0.5 - 2.0 µg/ml in the presence of 2 ng/ml of recombinant human interferon-gamma using a culture of HeLa cells. Removal of Sodium Azide is recommended prior to use in functional assays. AbD Serotec recommend the use of EQU003 for this purpose.
